CHRISTIANS, especially Catholics, need to pay attention to the messages being related by Heaven through believable mystics of our times. There is urgency. There are calls for help to fight evil. There are warnings of chastisements that make peanuts of Noah’s flood.
And there is an assurance that if we respond to the calls from Heaven, the unpleasant, nay. Terrifying consequences of sins can be mitigated, if not altogether obliterated.
The number of mystics has multiplied, each unaware of each other and geographically disparate, but relaying uniform messages from the supernatural. This in itself is a telling sign of the immediacy of what is being relayed for all.
Such messages have been conveyed through centuries but more so in our times, which seem to be the prophetic unfolding. In Medjugorje, where the Blessed Mother has been giving out missives since 1981, dire warnings were conveyed early on.
World-renowned Mariologist Rene Laurentin, in a letter dated December 2, 1983, told then Pope John Paul II:
“During the apparition of December 25, 1982, according to (Medjugorje visionary) Mirjana, Our Lady confided her the tenth and last secret and revealed the dates in which the different secrets would occur. The Virgin has revealed to Mirjana many aspects of the future, so far more than those told to the other seers. This is why I report here what Mirjana told me in the interview on November 5, 1983.”
At one time, the Blessed Mother told Mirjana: “My angel, pray for the unbelievers. People will tear their hair, the brother will beg his brother, he will curse his past life, lived without God. They will repent, but it will be too late.
“Now is the time of conversion, after four years have passed since I exhort you. Pray for them. Invite everyone to recite the rosary.”
In 1985, Mirjana recalled that the Blessed Mother greeted her and then spoke of non-believers, saying: “They are my children. I suffer for them. They do not know what awaits them. You have to pray more for them.”
Mirjana recalled: “We have prayed with her for the weak, for the unhappy, for the abandoned. After the prayer, she blessed us.”
Mirjana then said the Blessed Mother then showed her, “like a movie,” the events of the “first secret.” The visionary said she saw the world desolate and “there was upheaval in a region of the world.”
She then cried and asked the Blessed Mother: “Why so early?”
And the Blessed Mother replied, she cried and remarked: “There are too many sins in the world. What to do if you do not help me? Remember that I love you. – How can God have such a hard heart? – God does not have a hard heart. Look around and see what men do, and then you will no longer say that God has a hard heart.”

MEANWHILE, in Trevignano Romano in Italy, there is mystic Gisella Cardia. Her experiences began in 2016 after she visited Medjugorje, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and purchase of a statuette of Our Lady, which later began to weep blood.
The Blessed Mother then began appearing to her with messages, even as Gisella started to experience stigmata or the wounds that Jesus suffered during his agonies.
Gisella was to write two books on her mystical experiences, along with the messages of the Blessed Mother. A Nihil obstat was recently granted by an Archbishop for the Polish translation of the second of these, titled “On the way with Mary” published by Edizioni Segno.
Only last June 20, the Blessed Mother told Gisella as follows:
“My children, thank you for being gathered here in prayer and for having listened to my call in your hearts. Beloved children, why do you refuse the love and Mercy of my Son Jesus? Take all that heaven offers you: why do you want to remain heartbroken and without peace? My children, pray, pray, pray a great deal; I have asked this of you many times and I ask it once again: truly convert—now it is urgent—do you not understand that these times have come to a conclusion? And when Jesus arrives, what will he find on this earth?
“You will have to be ready for what is coming: persecution will come and you will be forced to pray in secret. Please, children, I am your Mother and I want you all to be saved. Proclaim that Christ is coming; my Father is about to purify the earth of the wickedness that has taken possession of souls. Now I leave you with my maternal blessing, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.”
For a consoling ending to this piece, let me pick up from another Medjugorje visionary Vicka who recalled: “Our Lady said that there so many people who live today here on earth think once you die, life finishes completely. Our Lady said people who think that way are wrong” even as she quoted the Blessed Mother as saying that ”We are Passengers on the way to Eternity.”
What more is to be asked for?
