Sa iyang Facebook post, Sabado, Hulyo 4, 2020, si Frasco nagkanayon nga ang Duke scholarship program nag-apud-apod sa P2.3 million nga bili sa scholarships sa mga lungsod sa San Francisco, Poro, Tudela, ug Pilar.
Matod niya, ang scholarship moabaga sa bayad sa enrollment ug panginahanglan sa tunghaan.
“To help our #youth adjust to life in the new normal, we have kept our commitment to prioritizing #EDUCATION in the 5th District by distributing over Php 2.3 Million in scholarships to all 4 Municipalities in the Camotes Islands,” tipik sa post ni Frasco.
Dugang niya ang pag-apud-apod sa scholarships nalangay sukad sa Marso tungod sa pagpatuman sa enhanced community quarantine nga hinungdan sa limitado nga paglihok.
