“The HMO(s) offered those rates. It’s their decision. (The) national PCP had a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with HMOs. The rates are stipulated in the memo,” matod niya sa text message nga gipadala sa SunStar Cebu niadtong Sabado, Hulyo 4, 2020.

Matod ni Chiew, sa HMOs’ letters sa PCP, parehong organisasyon, ang karisgo ug dugang gasto sa mga doktor sa ilang personal protective equipment sa pag-atiman sa mga pasyente.

Sa follow-up sa post ni Garcia, siya nagtuo nga kini nga mga doktor “missing the whole point.”
