M Lhuillier backs frontliners vs Covid-19

M LHUILIER Financial Services, Inc. (M Lhuillier), the leading non-bank financial institution in the Philippines, continues to go above and beyond its commitment to serve Filipinos amid this health crisis.

As frontliners brave the times to help ensure the health and safety of the public, the company rushed in to provide assistance and protective equipment.

M Lhuillier answered the call for personal protective equipment for healthcare workers by donating over 4,000 face shields to different hospitals in Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City, Talisay City, Naga and Toledo.

As the company’s salute to their courage, dedication, and hard work, there is an ongoing perk for healthcare workers that lets them do domestic send-outs to over 2,500 branches nationwide for free.

Aside from medical frontliners, M Lhuillier also donated supplies to local government offices, border checkpoints, and areas badly hit by the pandemic.

Necessities like alcohol, food and water were distributed to frontliners stationed at various checkpoints in Cebu City.

Over 4,800 bottles of Mont St. Michel purified drinking water were delivered to border checkpoints in Guadalupe, Labangon, Barrio Luz, Talamban, Gorordo, Mango Avenue, Happy Valley, V. Rama, Mambaling, Pardo, Punta Princesa, Tisa, Tres de Abril, Cabancalan-Talamban, Subangdaku-Mabolo, North Reclamation Area and Hipodromo.

M Lhuillier also donated 455 face shields and 300 bottles of drinking water to the Department of Health Central Visayas, Mandaue City Hall, Lapu-Lapu City Hall and Consolacion Municipal Hall.

On May 28, the Cebu-based company turned over 600 10-kilo rice packs to the City of Cebu through the Office of the Vice Mayor.

Unwavering support

True to its promise of being the Tulay ng PaMLyang Pilipino, M Lhuillier continues to be there for Filipino families as they tread through the pandemic.

Around 5,300 bottles of drinking water were distributed to residents and barangay frontliners of seriously-affected areas like Barangay Hipodromo and Sitio Zapatera, Barangay Luz.

M Lhuillier also lent a helping hand to Ilonggo families by coordinating with the Department of Social Welfare and Development-Iloilo City to distribute gift packs to 60 households with a PWD family member. (PR)
