Video: Palace stays positive on case vs Ampatuans (4:15 p.m.)

MANILA -- Malacanang said the battle on Maguindanao massacre is not yet finished and they remain optimistic that justice will be served to the families of victims.

Deputy Presidential spokesperson Gary Olivar assured that the power of influential clan Ampatuan will no longer be revived despite the recent ruling of a local court junking the rebellion case against them.

Olivar said bringing permanent peace in Mindanao will be the long term solution to prevent private armies to flourish in the notorious province of Maguindanao.
