Mga IP, Muslim scholar sa Smart

ANG Indigenous Peoples (IPs) ug Muslim college scholars sa nagkalainlaing local government units (LGUs) ug organisasyon sa Mindanao makahimo sa pagsulod uban sa pag-abag sa Smart Communications, Inc.

Ang mga tinun-an nagsuporta usab sa nagkalainlaing organisasyon sama sa Pegsabeka Organization, General Santos’ AKLAT-GSC, ug Sarangani’s Paaral Para sa Saarangan – PPSS of Sulong Karunungan makadawat og PLDT Home Wi-Fi units sa pag-abag sa pagtuon.

Si AKLAT Gensan scholar Carlo Majadas nipaambit nga “Malaking tulong po ito sa aming mga estudyanteng kapus-palad nga walay ikapalit og ingon niini nga butang.”

Kini mga PLDT Home Wi-Fi units alang sa benepisyo sa IP ug Muslim scholars sa General Santos.

Sarangani, ug Davao isip kabahin sa Smart’s advocacy sa pagseguro na walay tinun-an nga mauwahi samtang ang kalibotan nag-atubang sa krisis.

Matod ni Ramon R. Isberto, head of Public Affairs sa PLDT ug Smart, “We hope that through this initiative, we can make a world of difference to our scholars in Mindanao.”

“Dako among pasalamat sa Smart nga naghatag aning Wi-Fi units para sa among IP students. This is very useful and a big help sa mga students karon nga pandemic kay namroblema mi kay ang classes online,” matod ni Datu Rody Mande sa Matigsalug tribe, ug project head alang sa Pegsabeka Organization.

“We would like to thank Smart for all the assistance they have extended to us, especially in the education of IP students through the development of educational materials, and now, with these Wi-Fi units for our scholars,” matod ni Marife Gomez, project supervisor sa Sulong Karunugan.

Ang Smart nagpalihok sa daghang moapil nga mga tunghaan ug mga tinun-an sa ilang pagpalapad sa koneksiyon, School-in-a-Bag donations, ug ang pagpalambo sa local language educational apps.
