THE July 21 bulletin of the City Information Office of San Fernando listed 17 active cases in the entire city, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 45.
The barangays with active cases include Baliti (2), Calulut (1), Del Pilar (1), Juliana (1), Maimpis (3), Magliman (1), Malino (3), Panipuan (1), San Agustin (1), San Isidro (1), and Telabastagan (2).
The city's positivity rate is at three percent.
Of the total number of cases in the city, 27 have recovered, bringing the city's recovery rate to 60 percent.
Since the start of the pandemic, the city had registered 45 confirmed cases, 17 of which are active cases along with one reported death.
Some 15 confirmed cases, which already recovered, were health-facility related infections.
