Cagayan de Oro Covid-19 recoveries now at 58

SEVEN locally stranded individuals (LSIs) who tested positive for the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) have recovered from the infection, bringing the total number of recoveries to 58.

The seven patients, who were staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility, are the 58th, 81st, 82nd, 83rd, 85th and 86th cases, and a resident of Barangay Tablon.

The recovered patients are a 53-year-old resident of Barangay Tablon; the 58th case, who is a 49-year-old male LSI from Pasig City and a resident of Barangay Gusa; the 81st case, who is a 31-year-old male LSI from Bulacan and a resident of Barangay Carmen; the 82nd case, who is a 37-year-old male LSI from Batangas and a resident of Barangay Carmen; the 83rd case, who is a 29-year-old male LSI from Quezon City and a resident of Barangay Canitoan; the 85th case, who is a 21-year-old male LSI from Santa Mesa, Manila and a resident of Barangay Macabalan; and the 86th case, who is a 48-year-old male LSI from ParaƱaque and a resident of Barangay Carmen.

An LSI from Lanao del Norte was also tagged as recovered.

Acting City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said all of the recovered patients are scheduled to be reintegrated in their respective communities.
