Art pieces in upland Talisay

UNIQUE mementos and art pieces have added color to the aesthetic ambiance of a place in the upland Barangay Cabatangan Talisay City, Negros Occidental.

These include beautifully carved wooden seats, replicas of animals that adorned the walls, and the concrete figures that endowed the gardens with overflowing water from the stream.

These collections of art pieces were obtained over the years and are endeared by the collector himself.

The collector shared that he usually starts collecting stuff and even junks ahead of his actual plan not knowing as to where he will put or use them.

It is fulfilling one's yearnings for useful decors that will help enhance the scenery of the place.

Old stuff has its meaning and aesthetics once incorporated in the present setting.

It gives you an ambiance of the woodland where it exemplifies art and nature, said April Joy Taburnal, a lover of the art pieces.

It helps warm the hearts of people who come to this place especially when fog surrounds the area.
