TARLAC CITY--About seven micro-enterprises from Barangay Bilad in Camiling town received food processing kits from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
The distribution is under DTI's Livelihood Seeding Program-Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (LSP-NSB), a program that aims to help micro enterprises restore and improve their businesses by providing an individual package of livelihood kits.
