YES, there have been a lot of doomsayers over the centuries, persons warning of the end of the world that never ended. Believable mystics of our days, backed by holy people of many years ago, are now warning of something like doomsday, a conditional one, but certainly not the end of the world.
The difference now is that it’s not just one person in one period gathering gullible persons to a camp to wait for the world to end. In these days, mystics are scattered all over the world, credible and psychologically healthy, and saying the same things in chorus, without each necessarily being aware of even the other’s existence. Most of them are issuing warnings, not from their interpretations of the Bible. They are quoting, quite often verbatim, the Blessed Virgin Mary and, at times, Jesus Christ Himself.
I had said in my previous column that I would dwell on life after death based on the Unpublished Manuscript on Purgatory, but developments in the prophetic realm have been unfolding in such a tone of urgency that I felt compelled to yield.
Outstanding is the message the Blessed Mother conveyed only last July 18, yes, last week, to Gisella Cardia of Trevignano Romano, Italy.
Gisella who? She was already introduced in a past column, but there is no harm repeating.
In 2016, Gisella purchased a small statue of the Blessed Mother in Medjugorje, where the Queen of Peace has been appearing since 1981, Back home, the statue started to weep blood and Gisella herself manifested the stigmata or the wounds of Jesus Christ.
Gisella also began to receive messages from the Blessed Mother and these messages she compiled in two books. A Nihil obstat was recently granted by an Archbishop for the Polish translation of the second of these titled "On the way with Mary. The local Bishop of Civita Castellana also appears supportive of her.
The messages conveyed to her by the Blessed Mother are in the colors of the messages also relayed to other credible mystics, notably Fr. Michel Rodrigue and Luz de Maria Bonilla.
In September, 2019, Gisella had said the Blessed Mother had sought prayers for China as the country would be a source of an airborne ailment worldwide. This, among other prophecies.
What the Blessed Mother told Gisella on July 18, 2020 was ominous. I took the liberty of capitalizing the ominous phrases. Here is the message:
“My children, thank you for being here in prayer and for having listened to my call in your hearts. Beloved children, thank you for making me listen to the prayers of the children who are so dear to my heart: they are innocent souls and are my children, open in their hearts. Dear children, never be afraid €”even if THE FUTURE WILL NOT BE EASY, I will protect you and give you the strength to go on in love for my Son. My daughter, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE THE WORST TIMES THAT HUMANITY HAS EVER EXPERIENCED, therefore rely on the prayer of the Holy Rosary and on the Gospel, and nothing will ever happen to you if you believe in Jesus who is the way, the truth and the life. Pray concerning the confusion that exists within the Church and in politics. Today many graces will descend upon you. Now I leave you with the blessing of the Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Amen.”
Mystic Fr. Michel Rodrigue bears being repeated here, because of a similarly foreboding tone.
On October 13, 2019, before Covid-19 became worldwide, Fr. Michel quoted Jesus Christ as saying thus:
“I am the Lamb of God. Soon, I will open the seven seals to fulfill the will of My Father. Whoever welcomes you, welcomes Me, and welcomes the blessing of My Father.
“When you see the Host, you see My Body and My Blood. You see My face that is presented to you as white, shining bread. I am the Bread of Life for everyone. Who will eat this Bread of Life will rise on the last day.
“A great darkness is coming now upon the world: a darkness of sin, of misery, of My white face in the Holy Eucharist with an abominable sacrilege.
At that moment, time will be up. A great disaster will engulf the world, as never before. Rome will fall.
“The sign will be in the sky, and the hand of My Father will vanquish the darkness of Satan, his false prophet, and his slithering acolytes.
“The seal will be broken. Prepare yourself for this day. My Mother will protect My just everywhere in the refuges prepared by her Immaculate Heart.
“My son, Michel, you will have great responsibilities on your shoulders. Know that the burden will be light, and the joy of My children will be great. €œHappy are those who are called to the supper of the Lamb. I cherish and protect them. I nourish them. I bless them. They will not fear the pestilence of the enemy.”
Amid all these dire warnings, the Blessed Mother has continued to preach on how we should lead our lives and that we need not be afraid. In her last monthly apparition to Medjugorje visionary Mirjana last March 18, the Blessed Mother said as follows:
“Dear children: My Son as God has always looked beyond time. I, as His mother, see through Him through his time. I see beautiful things and bad things. But I see that there is love and it must be made sure that it is made manifest. My children, you cannot be happy if you do not love one another, if you do not have love in every situation and in every moment of your life. And I as a mother come to you through love.
“To help you know true love, to know my Son. This is why I call you to continually renew your thirst for love, faith and hope. The only source from which you can quench your thirst is trust in God, my Son. My children in times of anxiety and renunciation, it is enough that you seek the face of my Son.
“Live his words and don’t be afraid. Pray and love with sincere feelings, with good deeds and help that the world changes and my heart triumphs. Like my Son, I also tell you to love one another, because without love there is no salvation. I thank you my children.”
