Cimatu miuyon sa PBB sa pribadong sektor
ANG Project Balik Buhay (PBB) ilusad pagbalik human sa pagpaluyo sa Inter-Agency Task Force for Covid-19 in the Visayas.
Ning higayuna, hinuon, ang PBB motutok sa pribadong sektor, pinaagi sa hinayhinay nga pagbukas sa komunidad, labina sa mga negusyo.
Ang PBB nanawagan alang sa pagpatuman sa sinukod, base sa siyensya ug ebidensya nga pagbalhin gikan sa modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) status ngadto sa general community quarantine (GCQ).
Inay motambong sa ikalima nga State of the Nation Address (Sona) ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte niadtong Lunes, Hulyo 27, si IATF Cebu Overseer Secretary Roy Cimatu nipili sa pagpakigtagbo sa sektor sa patigayon ug mga mayor sa Sugbo aron hisgutan ang giduso nga paglusad og usab sa mao nga proyekto.
“I am encouraged by that (PBB) move, I support it. I (will) encourage that also to other government agencies. I’m very happy to be of help really. Totoo yan ha! I opted to be here in this meeting with the business sector because this is very necessary. Nakabantay usab si Cimatu sa pagminos sa mga sa positibo sa Siyudad sa Sugbo ug nipasabot nga ang gidaghanon sa mga positibo nitibugsok og maayo, gikan sa 30 porsyento sa matag 100 ka Sugboanon nga gi-test sa Covid-19 niadtong Hunyo, ngadto na lang sa 11 porsyento sa Hulyo.

“There is no question that PBB is a good process and will work for all business establishments. The business sector has mentioned going through the process of having this plan being cascaded and disseminated to all the business establishments,” nagkanayon si Feliciano.
Si Edmun Liu, chairman sa PBB alang sa pribadong sektor, nisaad sa IATF nga ilang pahibaw-on ang IATF sa labing uwahing kalamboan sa pagtapos sa semana.
Si Liu niingon nga mogamit sila og mga eksperto sa panglawas aron pagseguro nga ilang mapresentar ang giganid nga plano nga maglakip sa pagbutang og standards sa panglawas sa trabahoan ug regular nga testing protocol nga sagupon sa mga balay patigayon.
I-GCQ
Siya niingon nga ang tigom haum alang sa planong pagpadailos sa Sugbo gikan sa MECQ ngadto sa GCQ karong Agusto 1.

“PBB wanted to find a way to balance the lives and livelihood of the people, while not making it difficult for businesses to reopen. What we would have wanted sana during that time (June 1, Cebu City was under GCQ) was that for PBB to work, kailangan everybody would be willing to do our part, sana before reopening and going back to work, ma-implement yung health standards in the workplace, at saka ma-test yung employees, kahit man lang hindi 100 percent, and kahit even through rapid anti-body test lang, not the rt-PCR test because back then, we didn’t have enough machines,” matod ni Liu.
Si Cimatu nibutyag usab nga ang mga paningkamot nga gihimo sa Sugbo labing una sa nasod ug ang maong paagi mahimong ehemplo o sumbanan aron nga ang ubang bahin sa nasod o local government units (LGU) makapatuman ning hiniusang lakang batok sa Covid-19, matod niya.
