PAMPANGA. Mayor Esmeralda G. Pineda inspects the new contactless digital thermal scanner installed at the lobby of the Municipal Hall of Lubao, Pampanga. The apparatus measures body temperature, detects the absence of facemask, and records all individuals who enter the municipal building.
