Si Maj. Gen. Carlos Holganza, commander sa 10th Infantry Division (10ID), nagpahayag nga labing importante ang kooperasyon ug pagtinabangay sa mga sundalo aron maalagaran ang katawhan.
"We saw that the mutual assistance between soldiers, LGU, and other stakeholders particularly in this MEDCAP benefit our people. The destruction and violence perpetrated by our misguided brothers only damage our country and our economy. It is time for us to unite and stop such senseless violence so that we can move forward as one nation," ni Holganza sa Superbalita.

"Our soldiers will continue to protect our people and serve them the best way we can. While they (NPA) can brag about the killings, extortions and many crimes they committed against our people as they celebrate their 41 years of continued atrocities, our soldiers will humbly serve our countrymen. Proof of this is our medical mission right on their anniversary," suma ni Holganza.
