THE Blessed Mother has also been appearing on an island called Zaro near Naples in Italy. There, she has also been issuing messages for all of us in these times of urgency. The visionaries are Simona Patalano and Angela Fabiani who are both under the guidance of a priest, Don Ciro Vespoli.
Last July 31 to Angela, the Blessed Mother said as follows:
“Dear children, thank you that you are here again today in my blessed woods to welcome me and to respond to this call of mine.
My children, today I come to you as Queen and Mother of the holy rosary: pray, children, pray.
“My children, today I again invite you to conversion. My children, it is important that you do not lose any more time: you are always ready for everything the world calls you to do, you are always ready to make appearances and to take the first place, but when I call you to be living cells, you delay and take you time.
“My children, there is no more time: the times are short and not all of you are ready. Please listen to me and stop worrying about unnecessary things, but do what is needed. I need your help and you must not wait any longer. I am with you, I clasp you tightly to my heart: enter in! In my Immaculate Heart, there is room for all. Continue to form prayer cenacles: this is important. Each of you has an important task, but not in the way that you think; the tasks of God are very demanding – offer up and donate your life every day; do not make big commitments which you then fail to fulfill, but may yours be a daily commitment.”
And then to Simona, the Blessed Mother said:
“My dear children, I love you: seeing you here in my blessed wood fills my heart with joy. Children, I ask you again for prayer--prayer for my beloved Church, prayer for the Holy Father, prayer for my beloved and chosen sons |i.e. priests]. They are the most tempted by evil and alas when one of them falls, he drags many others with him. Pray for them, children, so that they would be an example, so that they would be a guide and a light illuminating the path that leads to my Son.
“Children, love and pray for priests: pray, pray.
“My beloved children, I ask you again for prayer for this martyred world, devastated by evil: pray, children.”
Then the Blessed Mother addressed Simona, saying: “Pray with me, daughter,” and they prayed together for all those present.
After this, the Blessed Mother continued with her message thus:
“I love you, my children, I love you with an immense love; do not despair, my children, I am beside you. Pray, children, pray. Now I give you my holy blessing. Thank you for having hastened to me.”

Over the decades that I have been writing about modern-day prophecies, I have never been this sure about my conviction that we are in the times of the biblical apocalypse. I am not alone in this; even the credible mystics who are direct links to Heaven on the events to come strongly hint so. For example, the Blessed Mother had said that the “secrets” of Medjugorje are to happen in the lifetime of visionary Mirjana who is now in her 50s. It is strongly believed that the secrets rhyme with other revelations to other mystics, some of whom are now saints, such as St. Faustina Kowalska of the Divine Mercy devotion. Also, it said that one of the secrets was actually already revealed in the approved Marian apparitions in Akita, Japan in the 1970s.
So let’s review St. Faustina and Akita.
To St. Faustina, Jesus said:
Write down these words, My daughter. Speak to the world about My Mercy; let all mankind recognize My unfathomable Mercy. It is a sign for the end times; after it, will come the day of justice. While there is still time, let them have recourse to the fount of My Mercy; let them profit from the Blood and Water which gushed forth for them........ before I come as the just one, I first open wide the gates of My Mercy. He who does not pass through the gates of My Mercy must pass through the gates of justice.
“Before I come as the just judge, I am coming first as the King of Mercy. Before the day of justice arrives, there will be given to people a sign in the heavens of this sort:
“All light in the heavens will be extinguished, and there will be a great darkness over the whole earth. Then the sign of the cross will be seen in the sky, and from the openings where the hands and the feet of the Saviour were nailed will come forth great lights which will light up the earth for a period of time. This will take place shortly before the last day.”
On a later occasion, Our Lady appeared to St Faustina and said the following words: “I gave the Saviour to the world. As for you, you have to speak to the world about His great mercy and prepare the world for the Second Coming of Him who will come, not as a merciful Savior, but as a just Judge. O how terrible is that day! Determined is the day of justice, the day of divine wrath. The angels tremble before it. Speak to souls about this great mercy while it is still time for mercy. If you keep silent now, you will be answering for a great number of souls on that terrible day.”
In Akita, Japan, here is what the Blessed Mother told Sister Agnes Sasagawa on Oct. 13, 1973:
“My dear daughter, listen well to what I have to say to you. You will inform your superior.
“As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge (Noah’s Flood), such as one will have never been seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by My Son. Each day, recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and priests.
“The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church, in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against bishops. The priests who venerate Me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres.......churches and altars sacked; the Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord.
“The demon will be especially implacable against souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of my sadness. If sins increase in number and gravity, there will be no longer pardon for them.”
