THE City Health Office in Cagayan de Oro has recorded six new coronavirus disease (Covid-19) recovered patients, of whom two are returning overseas Filipino workers (ROFs) and four are locally stranded individuals (LSIs).
This brought the total number of recovered Covid-positive patients in the city to 92.
According to City Health Office Epidemiologist Dr. Joselito Retuya, their test results came out negative during the weekend.
Recovered are a 48-year-old male LSI and a resident of Barangay Patag; a 23-year-old male LSI from Quiapo, Manila and a resident of Barangay Bulua; a 27-year-old male LSI from Manila and a resident of Barangay Consolacion; a 43-year-old male ROF and a resident of Barangay Bugo; a 47-year-old male ROF and a resident of Barangay Bulua; and a 23-year-old male LSI from Cebu and a resident of Barangay Macabalan.
The results of the RT-PCR tests of all of the close family contacts of the 124th case, who is the 44-year-old male Authorized Person Outside Residence (APOR) and a resident of Barangay Lumbia, also came out negative.
Meanwhile, seven Covid-positive patients are scheduled for re-swab, namely: the 23-year-old male from Barangay Bonbon; the 15-year-old female from Barangay Kauswagan; the 27-year-old male from Barangay Bugo; the 45-year-old male from Barangay Carmen; the 37-year-old male from Barangay Macabalan; the 48-year-old from Barangay Indahag; and a 31-year-old from Barangay Gusa.
