AS PART of the National Literature Month last April, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) launched Bayani/han 2020: Bayani sa Panitikan (Bayani ‘yan) for young people who are interested in filmmaking.
The NCCA program aims to encourage young people (ages 13-18) to promote local literature in their communities through short films. The theme for this year is “Philippine Local Hero.”
