Bacolod Police Station 2 chief relieved

POLICE Major Sherlock Gabana, chief of Police Station 2 in Bacolod City, was relieved from his post effective Wednesday, August 12, 2020.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Ariel Pico, spokesperson of Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO), said Friday, August 14, Gabana was reassigned to BCPO Admin Section while his post was occupied by Police Captain Leo Estopa, who just finished his career advancement schooling in Police Regional Office-Western Visayas.

The directive was signed by Colonel Henry Binas, director of BCPO.

“It’s a regular reshuffling and we expect more changes at BCPO,” Pico said.

He said Police Major Leo Logronio, newly assigned at BCPO, was also reassigned as the new head of BCPO’s operation unit while Lieutenant Colonel Lester Leada, chief of operation unit, will also focus as the deputy city director for operation of BCPO.

“Leada was holding two positions so he will now concentrate as the deputy city director for operation,” he added.
