The hotel’s executive chef Tristan Encarnacion, together with his talented culinary team, has carefully curated Indulgence by Waterfront Mactan. This magnificent line includes elevated dessert items which were previously made exclusively for special occasions.
Currently, there are five items on the menu available for order including Brazo de Crema y Yema and Avocado Pie, which are quickly becoming the guests’ favorites. As customers always come first, the dessert line will be evolving as Chef Tristan will be adding more and more items, which will be attuned to the customers’ preferences and taste.
These sweet little treats are available at UNO which is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. for all Lapu-Lapu City residents. And just as the Best Airport Hotel in Asia adapts to the new normal, these treats are available for pick-up and delivery through foodpanda.

They may then drive up to the hotel lobby at their scheduled pick-up time and have their order brought out to them.
