DAMOSA Land is keeping up with the times and keeping true to its advocacy for innovation and excellence by continuously developing projects that are relevant to the needs of the market.

Its latest offering - Damosa Land 360 - is its newest online platform made available through the Damosa Land website (www.damosaland.com) that aims to redefine the way people do real estate by bringing in virtual assets that showcase, not only the various projects of the real estate company but lifestyle-oriented material as well.

“We are proud of this innovative online platform that offers a combination of the latest trends in the market today such as the 360 virtual tours and other helpful materials such as walkthroughs or guided tours, and even lifestyle material such as in house developed cooking shows. We realized that we all needed to make the digital transition quickly, but that we also wanted to put our own twist on it. “ said Damosa Land’s dynamic head Cary Floirendo Lagdameo.

Lagdameo added that digital solutions could not be more relevant to the current situation that the world is facing right now, when the pandemic has literally sent everyone home in the first few months of hard lockdown, relying heavily on their smartphones and gadgets to connect with the rest of the world.

Now, the company is able to meet its clients from any point around the globe with this new solution.

“Damosa Land 360 showcases 360 virtual tours of our properties from our multi-awarded residential projects Seawind and Damosa Fairlane to another highly commended Anflo Industrial Estate,” explained the young executive. The VR tour also features the upcoming residential property, Ameria, of the mixed-use development Agriya.

Lagdameo said that they are working on updating their virtual tours and doing guided tours for their soon-to-open top-of-the-line office building, Damosa Diamond Tower.

Banking heavily on these digital assets, the Davao-based company has added other materials to Damosa Land 360 page such as guided tours, which are hosted by its very own employees.

Just-in-time project updates are made readily available for the benefit especially of the company’s investors and homebuyers with the Project Gallery on the website. It features the properties of Damosa Land in varying stages of development.

Damosa Land also proves to be more than just real estate by showing lifestyle videos that cover a range of topics and themes.

Now the company has transformed even its house turnover activity to virtual mode, making use of available virtual meeting platforms as its tool of the trade.

“This has actually benefitted our homebuyers since some of them are based in other countries. So they don’t have to wait until they get back to the Philippines to finally own their unit. We can turn it over to them once the required process is complete,” Lagdameo said.

He also felt that the situation right now has heightened the importance of having one’s own home, not to mention the sense of security and safety that one should have these days.

“We make sure that we don’t just deliver houses to our clients; but we deliver a brand of service that is complete and according to their needs,” added Lagdameo.

The pandemic may have turned the world upside down, but this crisis has also shown the resilience of many companies and groups to keep themselves afloat.

“We either have to sink or swim, innovate or die. As for us, we always choose the better option. And this has been our mantra since the olden days of our Group,” Lagdameo said, referring to the brand of resilience that the company’s mother organization, the Anflo Group, has always displayed in the past, as inspired by his late grandfather Don Antonio O. Floirendo, Sr.

“Damosa Land 360 and all our online initiatives are a testament to our commitment to keep up with our service. We will always be on the lookout for more ways to innovate and serve our clients the excellent way we can,” Lagdameo said. (Sponsored Content)
