A special postpaid line, KaPanda Plan 500, provides foodpanda riders access to unlimited calls and texts to all networks and a sizable data allocation. It is a solution to aid riders by connecting them to the brand’s delivery app, their customers, and boosting their daily operations. Drivers get to access Roadrunner too, an app used to receive customer requests; pandariders, the company’s website; Facebook community/Telegram channels for fleet updates as well as Waze for GPS navigation. Despite the risks during this pandemic, many of these riders have worked very hard to provide foodpanda customers safe and convenient access to food deliveries.
