IF THERE is anything quite common in modern-day prophecies of Catholic mystics, it is that the Church will soon undergo a great trial that will shake the faith of many and that will lead to the deception of many. I just feel such prophecies are fast unfolding in our days.
It is, thus, understandable that messages from Heaven come with appeals for the faithful to be strong. To mystic Pedro Regis way back on Dec. 24, 2013, the Blessed Mother said: “Those who remain faithful until the end will be called blessed by the Father. Do not allow the flame of faith to be extinguished within you. You still have long years of trials ahead of you, but the great day is coming. My Jesus will give you the grace to live in complete peace. The Earth will be completely transformed and all will live joyfully.”
Even earlier on Jan. 21, 1984, the Blessed Mother also said, in a message to Fr. Stefano Gobbi, that trials that will come to the Church and to humankind could still be assuaged. She said:
“...these evil plans can yet be avoided by you, the dangers can be evaded, the plan of God’s justice always can be changed by the force of His merciful love. Also, when I predict chastisements to you, remember that everything, at any moment, may be changed by the force of your prayers and your reparative penance.”
There have been many who estimated prophesied chastisements to fall at the turn of the 21st century, but this did not happen. Indeed, the Blessed Mother had told some mystics that mankind’s misfortune is being delayed in the name of Divine Mercy.
“I am prolonging the time of mercy for the sake of sinners. But woe to them if they do not recognize this time of My visitation,” Jesus had told St. Faustina Kowalska.
To Fr. Gobbi, the Blessed Mother had said: “Many times have I intervened in order to set back further and further in time the beginning of the great trial, for the purification of this poor humanity, now possessed and dominated by the spirits of evil."
Another time, the Blessed Mother also told Fr. Gobbi: "...thus, I have again succeeded in postponing the time of the chastisement decreed by divine justice for a humanity which has become worse than at the time of the flood.”
Such were the messages years ago. Much has happened and worsened since then. More recent prophecies indicate the time of Divine Mercy is about to lapse if it hasn’t yet been overwhelmed with the time of Divine Justice.
Indeed, only recently Medjugorje visionary Mirjana commented on approaching the Apocalypse, saying “I do see indications that the events are already in motion.”
Yes, the apocalyptic ball is rolling. Only last Aug. 25, Our Lady Queen of Peace told Pedro Regis:
“Dear children, wicked men will change the laws, but in the hearts of the faithful, the light of truth will never be extinguished. Be attentive. Listen to My Appeals and testify everywhere to the Gospel of my Jesus. Believe firmly in the power of God. Babel will be present everywhere and many of the consecrated will be contaminated by the mire of false doctrines. I am your Sorrowful Mother and I suffer because of what comes to you. Pray much. Only by the power of prayer can you bear the weight of the trials. Seek strength in the Sacrament of Confession and in the Eucharist. Your victory is in the Lord. Onward without fear. This is the message that I give you today in the name of the Most Holy Trinity. Thank you for having allowed me to gather you here once more. I bless you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Be at peace.”
Three days earlier on Aug. 22, Our Lady also told Pedro:
“Dear children, I am the Queen of Peace. I have come from Heaven to lead you to my Son Jesus, for He alone is your Only Way, Truth and Life. Do not live far from Him. You are heading towards a future in which many will abandon the true faith and attach themselves to false doctrines. Great spiritual confusion will spread everywhere and the pain will be great for My poor children. Bend your knees in prayer. Give me your hands and I will lead you to victory. Be attentive. Nothing is lost. Everything in this life passes, but the Grace of God in you will be Eternal. I know each one of you by name and I will pray to My Jesus for you. Onward without fear. I want to see you happy already here on Earth and later, with Me in Heaven. This is the message that I give you today in the name of the Most Holy Trinity. Thank you for having allowed Me to gather you here once more. I bless you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Be at peace.”
And then to mystic Gisella Cardia, Our Lady said also last August 25: “My children, thank you for being gathered here in prayer. Beloved children, your prayers reach my heart. Testify with faith, because whoever has an open heart will come even closer to God and to prayer, yet many of my children will turn away because they have sold their souls to Satan. My children, pray for the world and for the Church because everything is heading towards self-destruction. Pray for those who are powerful on earth, who, as happened in the time of Herod, will strike my innocent children. Pray, because fiery blazes will invade Italy. Now I bless you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.”
