Si DILG spokesperson Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya niingon nga si Cabier gipasakaan og mga kasong kalapasan sa Article 154 sa Revised Penal Code (Unlawful Use of Means of Publication and Unlawful Utterances) nga may kalambigitan sa Section 6 sa Republic Act 10175 kun Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 ug Article 142 RPC as amended sa Presidential Decree 1974 nga may kalambigitan sa RA 10175.

We pushed through with the filing of criminal cases as a warning to all would-be perpetrators of fake news to think twice before they do something similar.
