POLICE arrested a young man who agreed to get into a sack and play dead as a prank on passersby in Valenzuela City in Metro Manila on Sunday, September 6, 2020.
Mark Francis Habagat, 20, was arrested along with his friends Mark Aldrin Arce, 20, Chris Bayron, 20, and Wynzel Tan, 19.
Police said they received a report about a body placed inside a sack and dumped on a sidewalk in Barangay Paso de Blas.
Responders found Habagat inside the sack. His three friends were hiding nearby and recording the scene.
The four men were charged for causing alarms and scandal. They were also issued a violation receipt for violating the ordinance on social distancing and the mandatory use of quarantine pass on Sunday. (Third Anne Peralta-Malonzo/SunStar Philippines)
