SEC-Bacolod adjusts anew working hours under MECQ

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Bacolod Extension Office announced that it has again adjusted its working hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting Thursday, September 10.

This is in pursuant to the declaration of the National Inter-Agency Task Force (NIATF) placing Bacolod City under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) from September 8 to 30, and an executive order issued by Mayor Evelio Leonardia enforcing the same.

SEC-Bacolod said the new working schedule takes effect until the MECQ is lifted in the city.

"The office cooperates and supports the IATF and local government's initiative to flatten the curve and prevent the rising number of virus transmission in the city," it added.

Under the new schedule, operating days will still be from Monday to Thursday.

Fridays are still intended for office disinfection. Drop boxes are provided outside the office for submission of reports and documents.

SEC-Bacolod Extension Office said it remains to serve the public and its clients by strictly imposing safety health protocols at its office premises.

Also, it will continue to answer queries and requests through its hotlines and email addresses.

For questions and complaints, clients are urged to send them first through email addresses secbacolod2018@gmail.com or sec.bcdextension@gmail.com.

They may also call through 09274057973/ 09616035772/ 09988412004/ 445-5714/and 445-5713 during office hours.

"We are constantly looking for ways to protect the public and our staff, and making sure that public service remains unimpeded," it added.
