The new members of the City Advisory Council are Kyle Marco Gollon, chief operating officer of PCM-Express System Inc.; Chesna Cokaliong, chief of staff of Cokaliong Shipping Lines and managing partner at CMS Law office; Raisa Moreno, vice mayor of the Municipality of Aloguinsan; and Arnold Gonzalodo, operations manager in Cebu North Area of Gonzalodo Enterprise, corporate secretary/member of the board of Gonzalodo Construction and Development Corp. and chief operating officer of G Build Supply and Development Inc.

The council also includes Peter Mancao, M.D., vice president of Cebu Medical Society; Juhmalia Monette Morgia, principal architect at EvolvePH Innovations Company; Jasper Pelayo, human resource department officer-in-charge and legal counsel of SunStar Publishing Inc. and partner at KNOP Law offices; and Mark Borres, international researcher and senior statistician at University of San Jose-Recoletos.

Prince Reyner Robles, city superintendent of Cebu City Internal Affairs Service, led the induction ceremony.

Based on the memorandum circular instituting IAS desks at all levels of Philippine National Police (PNP) command nationwide, the IAS serves as an accessible channel that allows people to have their voices and concerns heard and be resolved with the correct course of action.

The IAS Desk also works within the PNP Internal Cleansing Framework and will serve as an accessible, convenient and transparent avenue for the people to submit or file an information pertaining to police officers and act as central processing unit to deal with information against police officers.
