Anjo World, Cebu’s premier amusement center owned and operated by Belmont One, is located at Belmont One Commercial Complex in Minglanilla, Cebu.
Officially re-opened last Sept. 11, the theme park revealed its several health and safety measures, as it adapts to the “new normal” policies for amusement tourism.
Among them: Capacity management (50 percent capacity), frequent hand-washing and sanitizing, physical distancing, temperature checking, health declaration for contact tracing, wearing of face masks, non-contact access of entry and exit points, contact-less ordering of food, and regular disinfection of facilities and rides.
Lim said that the “park’s health infection and prevention control officer will patrol the area, to observe compliance to health protocols.”
“Further, we want to position Anjo World as not only Cebu’s top family destination but as a safer theme park as well. Being a member of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), Anjo was ready to re-open since July, adapting to the ‘new normal’ policies on safety and health, as shared with sister theme parks from abroad,” added Cedric Reyes, head of sales, marketing and press relations of Anjo World.
