THE Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) of Mandaue City is hiring 300 more contact tracers.
The hiring period is until Sept. 18, 2020.
The DILG Central Visayas will be the one to hire the applicants although this was initiated by the National Office, said Jupiter Dawa, the program coordinator of DILG Mandaue.
He said those interested should send their application to the DILG office where they want to be deployed.
The minimum qualification standard education must be a Bachelor’s degree related to the job, preferably allied medical course or criminology.
The applicant must be skilled in data gathering or has assisted in research and documentation.
He must possess the ability to advocate public health education and has investigative capability.
The positions are open to all qualified applicants regardless of gender, civil status, disability, ethnicity and religion.
Dawa said preferably, the applicants should be a native of Mandaue City as familiarity with the are is important in research.
However, Dawa clarified that they will also accept applicants living outside Mandaue City.
The monthly compensation will be P18,784.
Interested applicants must submit a letter of intent and a personal data sheet to be downloaded on the official DILG Mandaue Facebook page.
