Libre sakay

BACOLOD. The City Government is implementing a "Libre Sakay” program for medical and essential services workers to address the suspension of public transport in Bacolod City, as it has been placed under modified enhanced community quarantine from September 8 to 30. A total of 48 jeepneys are plying the city with seven point-to-point routes from seven barangays and with central drop-off area at the Bacolod Public Plaza.
