NLEX Road Warriors star and Milo BEST Center product Kiefer Ravena will be gracing the first ever staging of the Bida BEST Live web shot that will air over the Facebook page of the BEST Center Sports Inc. on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 7:30 p.m.

The web show is part of the Milo BEST Center’s initiative to transition its programs to virtual means during this COVID-19-ravaged times. The show will be hosted by Milo BEST Center Cebu organizer Rico Navarro and former national team member Julie Amos.

Founded by the late Nic Jorge, the long-running basketball clinic has prepared three online programs that will be supervised by some of the league’s best coaches.

“We believe that even if we’re in this pandemic situation, we still have to be active, to be healthy. So we have developed programs for that,” said BEST Center Executive Vice President Monica Jorge during the Philippine Sportswriters Association web forum.

“We recognize the need to adapt to innovation, and by doing so, we are able to bring our expertise to a wider audience so that more kids will have the opportunity to develop their skills with our trusted mentors,” she added.

Also expected to make appearances in Bida BEST Live in the coming weeks are former Gilas women’s team member Ella Fajardo, Thirdy Ravena, brothers Sean and Dave Ildefonso, Andrei Caracut, Chris Tiu, and two-time PBA MVP Benjie Paras. (JNP)
