Kini ang gipahibawo ni Konsehal Joel Garganera, deputy chief implementer sa Emergency Operations Center (EOC) sa Dakbayan sa Sugbo.
Gumikan niini, nipatawag siya og tigom tali kanila ni Pet Dakay sa Cebu Contractors Association, Vicente Abordo Department of Labor and Emmployment (Dole 7), Niva Bayucot ug Faustino Dela Cruz sa Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), manlalaban Jared Limquiaco sa the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) ug manlalaban Ian Kenneth Lucero sa Departmennt of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) ug cluster heads sa EOC.
Matod ni Garganera nga ilang nasabotan nga ang mga construction worker ipaubos sa swab test ug ang gasto abagahon sa Department of Health (DOH) 7 base sa nauyonan sa ilang gipatawag nga tigom.
“In the meeting, we clarified that the swab testing for the workers will be shouldered by the DOH but the food provisions and isolation expenses will be provided by the contractor/project owner in cases when the worker will be quarantined or incase an entire staff house will be locked down.. For public works, food provision will be provided by the DPWH/Contractor,” padayag ni Garganera.
Nasabotan sab nila ang pag-istablisar sa Health and Infection Prevention Control Officer (HIPCO)aron mahashasan ang proseso sa contact tracing.

Nihangyo usab ang grupo sa mga contractor nga tugotan silang makahatod sa ilang mga trabahante paingon sa construction sites gamit ang ilang truck ug ilang ipatuman ang social distancing.
Ang Office of the Building Officials ug BPLO maoy moila ug molista mga kasamtangang construction sites para sa contact tracing.
