Lawyer Rayfrando Diaz II, provincial administrator, said that Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson will issue an executive order Wednesday, September 30, pertaining to the extended MGCQ status of the province.

Diaz said although the situation in some parts of the province could already go back to the new normal, it cannot be done yet all over the province especially that Bacolod City is still under the GCQ category.

Meanwhile, Diaz said contact tracers all over the province will follow a uniform manual and that they are going to adopt also the guidelines on a software contact tracing.

He said uniformed contact tracing is also based on the guidelines of the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Disease that was imparted by General Mel Feliciano in a meeting with Lacson and Negros mayors on Monday, September 28.

Diaz added that if a certain local government unit needs augmentation on contact tracing, the Provincial Government is ready to send the augmentation.
