POLICE arrested a 34-year-old farmer who is wanted for frustrated murder in Tabontabon, Leyte Tuesday, September 29, 2020.
The accused, Leovic Aquipo, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Sitio Amandariza, Barangay IV, Macarthur, Leyte.
Judge Leonito Sabandal, of Regional Trial Court (RTC)-Branch 9 in Tacloban, City, recommended a bail bond of P200,000.
Aquipo was brought to Tabontabon Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the court of origin. (SunStar Philippines)
