GLOBE Asiatique (GA) Chairman Delfin Lee has vowed to fulfill his commitment to homebuyers of Xevera subdivision in this Mabalacat City and Bacolor town.

Lee issued the statement on Saturday, October 10, 2020, during the formal turnover of 200 housing units to buyers at Xevera Mabalacat by the low-cost housing area's new owner, Westchester Realty Corporation (WRC).

The GA owner enumerated the awarding of transfer certificate of titles (TCTs) to residents who already paid in full amount the properties they acquired from the developer.

He also mentioned the restoration of facilities inside the three subdivisions GA was previously managing --- Xevera Mabalacat, Xevera Bacolor and Sameera Subdivision in Angeles City.

Through WRC, Lee assured that TCTs will be released to fully paid homeowners.

Westchester officials, headed by their Chairman Rodolfo G. Valencia, agreed to protect the rights of buyers including those who completed their payments, according to Lee.

Buyers who failed to pay their monthly amortization will be given two options -- to continue their old commitment or secure a new contract with WRC, Lee said.

E, siyempre iba na ang presyo ngayon tumanda tayo e," he said.

Lee added he has no plan of filing charges against individuals who accused him of a scam, which caused his incarceration for more than four years.

Paanong tinawag na scam," Lee said.

He also belied allegations of double sale of housing units in the three housing areas.

Kasi never naman nangyari yan, e. Wala naman talagang double sale," Lee said.

According to Lee, homebuyers who failed to fulfill their commitment to sell assigned to the Pag-IBIG Fund were replaced by new buyers.

So mayroon kaming replacement buyer. Iba naman yung. Iba naman yung contract of sale sa contract to sell. Hindi ka tumupad sa usapan, hindi ka nagbabayad natural kakaselin ko ang contract mo," he said.
