WHO says you can't go out in style the new normal way?

Sure you can, with isolation sets from Casa Moda by Mich Viray!

Known for its simple yet elegant creations, Casa Moda -- according to its Chief Executive Officer and Designer Mich Viray -- has created stylish isolation sets.

"We call this collection 'Fashion Plus Protection' where we used Department of Health (DOH)-approved fabric," the Kapampangan designer shared.

The "Fashion Plus Protection" Collection includes Isolation Pontio and Kimono, Isolation Jumpsuit, and Utilitarian Masks (U-Masks).

"We tweaked the design, so you can easily wear it when you go to the grocery store or when commuting in public," Viray said.

Casa Moda's Isolation Pontio Set comes with a classic water-repellent fabric kimono, ear saver, and a mask.

"This set allows people to have an extra barrier of protection, not jeopardizing fashion, that suits any occasion -- be it an event, a business meeting, or just your daily walk," Viray explained.

Meanwhile, the Isolation Jumpsuit is for people who are always on-the-go.

"This jumpsuit doesn't just provide an extra layer of protection but also adjusts to the wearer's movements," Viray added.

The U-Masks are the latest addition to Viray's "new normal" isolation sets collection.

"It was designed to be more practical rather than attractive, and is breathable," she shared.

Made from microfiber, the U-Mask is waterproof and reusable with disposable filters and adjustable ear loops. It also comes in different vibrant colors including aqua blue, canary yellow, cherry red, black, white and pink.

The Isolation Pontio and Kimono Set is priced at P599; Isolation Dress at P1,499; the Isolation Suit at P1,799; Utilitarian Suit at P1,980; and the U-Masks at P350 each with 10 filters.

Viray's stylish isolation sets collection was born when the Covid-19 pandemic happened.

"There is no denying that the fashion industry, like any other industry in the world, has been affected by the global pandemic," she shared.

"But, I had to make a way to tide over the situation, especially for my people," Viray added.

That's when she started to create masks and isolation clothing.

"Thankfully, our masks and isolation sets were well-received, so we continue to make them," she said.

Viray, along with fellow Kapampangan designers and event specialists, has also given back to the community by providing face masks to various front liners in Pampanga during the time when mask supply was scarce.

Now, Viray has started "Project MASKlasakit" where she donated and continues to donate masks to less fortunate individuals.

Though totally different from her gowns and suits creations, Viray is dedicated to continue improving her "Fashion Plus Protection" collection.

"Entering this new era of functionality comes first, but that doesn't mean you can't come out fashionable," she said.

"And, we make it a point that each garment is comfortable enough to withstand any conditions, durable enough to be used in any occasion, and timeless enough to wear for the years to come, even when the pandemic has already ended," Viray shared.

Add an extra layer of protection to your usual face mask and face shield from Casa Moda's selection of stylish and functional PPEs.
