Before re-opening La Hermoza Royal in June 2020, Gasperson took care of her staff by providing them vitamins and supplements including immunization shots to ensure their health.
When they re-opened, Gasperson required her staff to wear personal protective equipment including isolation gowns and face masks.
"Used towels and beddings of one client go directly to the laundry, while used beds and tools are sanitized with disinfectants and UV lights. Plus, we assure social distancing among clients and our staff," Gasperson said.
Gasperson, a Kapampangan, is wellness enthusiast herself.
"I know how important it is to relax, take a day off from work, and recharge our body. We want to give that to our clients, while at the same time ensuring their safety," she said.
Meanwhile, clients are required to wear masks and face shields before entering the wellness center. They are also required to take temperature check, sanitize hands, and fill out contact-tracing forms.
Safety protocols at La Hermoza Royal has earned the trust of government officials including Angeles City Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, Councilor Jaycee Parker-Aguas, Clark International Airport Corp., Vice President for the Airport Operations and Management Group (AOMG) IC Calaguas, and Executive Assistant IV Reina Bella Manuel.
