Angeles City records 43 Covid-19 deaths

THE Angeles City Government has recorded 43 Covid-19 deaths in the city, as of Tuesday, October 20, 2020.

The total number of coronavirus cases in the city had climbed to 918 on Tuesday.

Mayor Carmelo "Pogi" Lazatin, Jr. said 693 patients had recovered so far.

The actives cases in the city have soared to 182 on Tuesday, according to the City Health Office.

Lazatin reminded his constituents to maintain discipline and avoid gatherings like drinking sessions and parties.

Despite the increasing number of Covid-19 cases and strict regulations from the government, numerous residents disregard health protocols to prevent the spread of the virus, according to the mayor.

These health protocols are implemented to protect the people from the virus, the local chief executive said.
