THE Kababayen-an Sa Opon nga Nagkahiusa alang sa Kalamboan (Konka) held its event that showcases their proudly made products dubbed as "2020 Konka product promotion", Wednesday at Basak Covered Court, Basak Lapu-Lapu City.
This event was solely created to promote its products to the Oponganons.
Konka President, Ibo Barangay Captain Mary Jane Cahilog encourages the Oponganon to support locally made products most especially product made by the women's group.
Congresswoman Paz Radaza, on the other hand, also calls for the support of the Oponganon to order and book food at Konka as the group caters to different packages for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, among other special occasions at a lesser price without sacrificing the quality of the product.
"They can cater to different packages according to the proposed budget but at the same quality and taste," Radaza said.
She also asks Oponganons to support locally made products especially during this time of pandemic since it is a great help to them to earn an income.
This product promotion of Konka aims to boost their popularity not only in Lapu-Lapu City but also at the national and international level./PR
