DPWH moinagurar sa 7 ka mga pasilidad sa Covid

PITO ka mga bag-ong Covid-19 Healthcare Facilities nga gitukod sa Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) 7 inagurahan karong adlawa, Biyernes, Oktubre 23 sa Metro Cebu.

Ang DPWH migahin og pundo nga P294 million isip initial funding alang sa katukoran sa Covid-19 Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facilites.

“DPWH has completed 13 dormitories for medical workers, 7 isolation facilities for patients with mild COVID-19 symptoms and 3 other converted isolation facilities,” matod sa ahensiya.

Lakip sa i-turn over sa DPWH nga isolation facility kining sa Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA), Hoops Dome, Lapu-Lapu City; Cebu City Quarantine Center (CCQC), Cebu City; North Bus Terminal, Logarta Avenue, Mandaue City; DPWH Regional Office 7, South Road Properties, Cebu City; Correctional Institution for Women, Cebu Provincial Police Office, Cebu City; ug ang Apas Evacuation Center, Cebu City.

Sa kinatibuk-an, makapapuyo ang 208 ka healthcare workers ug 279 ka mga pasyente ang maong mga pasilidad.

Aduna’y dormitory ang pito ka mga pasilidad ug aduna’y isolation centers. Matag dormitoryo adunay fully-furnished nga sala, kusina, ug labhanan aron hamugaway ang pagpuyo sa mga healthcare provider.

“The isolation facilities are equipped with a negative pressure ventilation system which blocks airborne transmission and prevents contaminated air from escaping the facility, to provide patients quality health care,” matod sa DPWH 7.
