AN ALLEGED alleged member of the communist New People’s Army (NPA) with a bounty of P700,000 on his head has been arrested in Pasig City, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Director Debold Sinas said on Friday, October 23, 2020.
Esteban Sergio Sales was arrested in Barangay Pinagbuhatan on Thursday, October 23, 2020. He has a standing arrest warrant for murder and malicious mischief.
Sales is an alleged member of the Kilusang Larangang Guerilla, Bicol Region Party Committee, Komite Seksiyon sa Platon (KSPN 1) and Komite on Section sa Iskwad (KSSI 1).
