With World Mental Health Day, celebrated every Oct. 10, and National Mental Health Week in the Philippines every second week of October, AyalaMalls Central Bloc advocates for its importance through a month-long campaign to raise awareness, empathy, and understanding with online and mall-wide activations dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

Let words speak at the Thought Gallery, a digital art exhibit that inspires hope and healing. Talented creatives and art enthusiasts shared their original digital artworks which highlighted their own quotes on positivity. Winning entries will be on display from Oct. 15 to 31 at the fourth floor of the mall, near VIVO.
