ON OCT. 29, 2020, King Properties celebrated a significant milestone amid the pandemic with the topping off ceremony for 1Nito Tower, one of the company's biggest vertical projects to date.
1Nito Tower, dubbed “Cebu’s Skyline Crown Jewel,” is an 18-storey building with future-ready office spaces that are tailored to the business needs of small, medium or large-scale companies.
The building boasts numerous multi-use spaces, safety and security features, ample parking spaces spanning from the second floor up to the sixth, Wi-Fi and fiber optics cable provisions, available co-working spaces and serviced offices, retail spaces for restaurants, banks, essential good stores and coffee shops, plus many more conveniences that will elevate the tenant experience.
