PDEA, PNP bust 'shabu dealer' in Eastern Samar

JOINT operatives from Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Philippine National Police (PNP) arrested on Tuesday, November 10, an alleged drug pusher in Quinapondan, Eastern Samar.

The suspect was identified as Ernesto “Nestor” Amistad.

Purchased and confiscated during the buy-bust operation were three sachets of shabu weighing 0.3972 grams based on chemistry report PDEA RO8-20-0220.

It has an estimated market value of P2,700, the anti-narcotic agency said in the report.

The suspect will be facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002. (SunStar Philippines)
