NEWLY-INSTALLED chief of police of the City of San Fernando, Police Lieutenant Colonel John Lopez Clark, vowed to continue and even intensify the programs of the City in terms of peace and order, including anti-illegal drugs and anti-criminality drives.

This was Clark's promise during his courtesy call to Mayor Edwin Santiago at Heroes Hall on November 19, 2020, days after he was installed as the city's police force head.

Santiago, on the other hand, guaranteed the 42-year-old Kapampangan officer on the local government's support for the agency's programs, including its involvement in the City's response to Covid-19.

Clark has been in the police service for 21 years now, from being a chief of police to three areas (Macabebe and Sto. Tomas towns in Pampanga and City of Naga in Cebu Province) to being a Force Commander of the Provincial Mobile Force Companies of Compostela Valley (now Davao De Oro) and Pampanga, his most recent assignment.
