BACOLOD. Bacoleño Dr. Patrick Joseph Mabugat (right) ranks second in the November 2020 Physician Licensure Examination after garnering a passing rate of 88.58 percent. Mabugat, a son of a police officer, is a graduate of the College of Medicine of the University of Saint La Salle in Bacolod City. He topped the Medical Technology Exam in 2014 after graduating from the University of Negros Occidental Recoletos-Bacolod. His fiance, Dr. Dyan Dimalaluan (left), of E.B. Magalona town, also passed the licensure exam for doctors. They are among the 3,538 out of the 4,704 who passed the exam.
