Robbery suspect arrested in Bacolod

A SUSPECTED robber was arrested by operatives of Police Station 7 at East Homes 6, Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City Wednesday evening, November 25, 2020.

Police identified the suspect as Noel Baldomar, 23, of Purok Kabugwason, Barangay Mansilingan.

Police Lieutenant Conrado Espino Jr., chief of Police Station 7, on Thursday said the suspect was arrested after he was caught destroying a car’s window and took a sling bag containing a cellular phone and cash around 10 p.m.

The Toyota Fortuner vehicle was owned by Matthew Dulaca, which was parked outside their house.

Police recovered from Baldomar’s possession a sling bag, cellular phone and P47,000 cash.

Espino said a robbery complaint was already filed before the City Prosecutor’s Office against the suspect, who is detained at the station.
