Young volleyball stars Dani Ravena and Pia Ildefonso will grace the BEST Center’s Bida BEST Live presented by Milo on Saturday, November 28.
If the family names of the two young women sound familiar, it’s because these two are the daughters of two Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) legends in Bong Ravena and Danny Ildefonso.
The two are expected to talk about their respective volleyball journeys and of course, their sports-driven families.
Ravena, who plays for Ateneo de Manila University, has two famous basketball siblings in professional cagers Kiefer and Thirdy Ravena.
Ildefonso, who also plays for Ateneo de Manila University, also has two basketball-playing brothers in NU’s Shaun Ildefonso and Ateneo’s Dave Ildefonso.
Bida BEST Live will stream live at 7:30 p.m. on the Facebook page of the BEST Center Sports, Inc. It will be hosted by former national women’s basketball player, Julie Amos, and Popoy Navarro, the eldest son of the late great Cebuano sportsman, Rico Navarro. (JNP)
