AT LEAST P800,000 worth of marijuana was confiscated from three drug personalities in a sting in Barangay Tuktukan, Guiguinto, Bulacan on Friday, November 27, 2020.
Brigadier General Valerinao De Leon, Police Regional Office Central Luzon director, identified the arrested as John Frederick Palaje and John Elbern Castro, both of Barangay San Juan, Balagtas, Bulacan, and Fernan Pacson of Tiaong, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
De Leon said joint operatives of Guiguinto Police Drug Enforcement Unit and Special Operations Unit 3 conducted the buy-bust operation against the suspects, which resulted in their arrest.
Confiscated from them were seven blocks of dried marijuana leaves weighing seven kilos with a street value of P800,000.
Also seized was a Kawasaki Bajac motorcycle with a sidecar with no plate number. (Ric Sapnu)
