THE Clark Development Corporation recently announced that the Clark Museum and 4D Theater here will reopen and welcome back guests and tourists starting December 1, with safety protocols and guidelines in place.

To ensure the protection and well-being of its stakeholders, CDC-Tourism and Promotions Division (TPD) has laid out minimum health and safety procedures and protocols upon the resumption of the said establishments’ operations.

CDC-TPD shared that only 50 percent of the regular visitor capacity will be accommodated, while group reservations will also be put on hold. The state firm will likewise require all guests and visitors to wear face masks and face shields inside the museum and theater. Face shields can only be taken off when watching the 4D film.

Visitors and guests are encouraged to use the StaySafePH application, as this will be utilized as the official contact-tracing tool in the area. With the use of this mobile app, guests can easily scan the designated QR codes upon entry and exit from the facilities.

A one-way traffic scheme indicated by directional signage will also be instituted in the Museum to ensure physical distancing inside the facility.

CDC-TPD mentioned that the protocols in the Museum and 4D Theater are anchored on and are in compliance with the guidelines issued by CDC, Department of Tourism, Inter-Agency Task Force for Emerging Infectious Disease, as well as those from international organizations like the World Health Organization, American Alliance of Museums and International Council for Museums.

Clark Museum and 4D Theater will be open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. To know more about these facilities, prospective guests and visitors may visit CDC-TPD’s official Facebook page - Visit Clark or check out CDC’s official Facebook account @Clark Development Corporation.
