Priland tops off first condo project in Mandaue

HOMEGROWN developer Priland Development Corp. has topped off its first residential condominium, Northwoods Place, whose construction started in August 2019.

Priland president Ramon Carlo Yap said they are targeting clients who want to invest in a property near a school.

“Priland stays true to its word in delivering quality projects as scheduled. The pandemic has been hard on everyone, but we exerted all our efforts to be able to top off Northwoods Place by 2020. The team has been working hard to achieve this goal in just 16 months of construction,” Yap said.

Northwoods Place is now 90 percent sold. Yap said they are hoping to completely sell all the units before they turn over the building in September 2021.

Yap said the construction was ahead of schedule despite the impact of the government-imposed lockdowns in the early part of this year.

“Even when there was an enhanced community quarantine, we tried to catch up. We stopped for one month in May and started again last June with overtime until today,” he said.

Northwoods Place is a two-tower project connected by a bridge. It offers a mix of 312 studio, one-bedroom, home office units and commercial spaces.

Located on H. Abellana St. in Canduman, Mandaue City, Northwoods Place offers a strategic location for low-density and convenient city living. It’s near major establishments such as supermarkets, public terminals and Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu.

The residential towers also offer commercial spaces at the ground level that are ideal for tutorial centers, laundry shops and other convenient establishments.
